Save and Reload a View

Before you start

Save the current view

1. In the toolbar, click Save view.
2. Enter a name for the view.
3. Click Save.

The view saves the current scope, level, visible objects, filters, and any custom aggregations or annotations applied.

Reload a saved view

1. In the toolbar, click Saved views.
2. Select the view you want to reload from the list.
3. The canvas restores to the saved state.

Share a saved view

Saved views are stored on the server. Any user with access to the same application and the same tenant can see and open the view.

Delete a saved view

In the Saved views list, click the delete icon next to the view name.
